This is a record of my experience after studying the lessons and participating in the exercise contained in module 2 of the 10 part Silva Life System course I ordered.  I’m not going to get into the lesson details.  I’m not going to get into the science, or lack thereof, behind the Silva Life System.  I’m only going to share the results of the mental exercise.  This is my own experience.  You, of course, will only be convinced by your own experience.

As a result of the mental exercise contained in this module, I have been able to relax my mind and body for extended periods of time.  This is something that I was "unable" to do on my own.  I was reading the Master Key System by Charles Haanel and I was having difficulty completing the mind-body-thought control exercises at the end of each chapter.  I tried to remain still with my eyes closed and it lasted only 5 minutes. I tried the next day and I remained still with my eyes closed for 6 minutes. I figured I'd increase my stillness by 1 minute each day and then I discovered the Silva method and the first time I tried the free 30 minute long  relaxation exercise I remained still with my eyes closed the entire time.  The Silva method has enabled me to execute the Master Key System exercises with ease.  As a result, I'm beginning to experience positive results.
