Level - a state of relaxed concentration on the reality of the present moment.

What does it feel like when you're at level? How do you know when you're at level? I see these questions all the time. I was lucky enough to read the full Silva Mind Control review by David Boldt before I participated in any of the Silva Life System mental exercises. So I wasn't really looking for any miracles nor was I looking for any proof that I was at level one. My main goal was to be in a relaxed state of mind and body, to be as still as possible for anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes, and to concentrate on positive thoughts and the object of my desire. After all, according to the Master Key System by Charles Haanel, that is all that is required to get in touch with the true source of power. Here's an excerpt from David Boldt's review that describes what he felt at level: The “calm state of relaxation”--also known as “Level 1” from the 3-2-1 countdown procedure used to get there--was just sort of an eyes-closed, daydreaming state, made more relaxing and pleasurable and allegedly alphawave producing (“deepened”) by visualization of idyllic scenes and other exercises. ~ excerpt from an article by David R Boldt, Washington Post Staff Writer This is pretty much how I felt so I'm not going to worry over what it feels like to be at level. When you think about it, worrying about what it feels like when you're at level defeats the whole purpose of meditating.
